Rockchip help needed
 

can anyone help me i have an mp4 player with rockchip chipset firmware version 00.00.0005 its recognized by windows as a removable disk but the consumerupdate program doesnt recognize it how could i fix this to upgrade my firmware and how could i change my players theme thanks for any help and godbless

nduclet , there isin't any rockchip firmwares available in the downloads section. i could only find the firmware updating software here http://www.mympxplayer.org/rockchip-...ool-df449.html

Rockchip players usually need to be factory reset when bricked. So what i'll suggest is to contact your seller to either get it replaced or repaired.

I have a Rockchip player and I had to install the drivers that came with the cd to have the consumerupdate program to recognize the player.
