"VOIP is locked"

Hy I have a problem. I got ms magic mp404 player.

When I turn ON my MP4 there is mesage VOIP is locked! Need upgrade it.
I try diferent version of firmware and there is same mesage again and again.

I try that also. But didnt work. Does enybody know how can I replace old firmware and upgrade new version. I got ms magic mp404, firmware is 3.5.35 S1mp3 .
