Default Windows doesn't see my player?

Hi Forum,

I just received my second 4gb scam player....
I connect to two different computers and although the player screen says "Connect" Windows doesn't see it.

I downloaded USBview and it says No device connected.

The firmware says:
2006/10/30
9.0.50
act_S75
2006/12/01

Any ideas of what's happening? Could it be the cable?.

Best regards and thanks for reading!.

Carla

It can be the cable, but you shoud try another USB port on your PC. Most PC's are having some USB ports in the front and they also have USB ports on the backside directly connected on the motherboard.

I had the situation that my fake Nano Shuffle was not recognised by the frontal USB ports, but it worked perfect on the backside USB ports. You also can try another PC or even a Mac.
