Computer saying:Directory or File cannot be created

Hi everyone.The problem with my mp4 player is that i try to send some songs to it and this message pops up:
The Directory or File Cannot Be Created

What do I do?HELP!

potterfan6 , have you formatted your player yet? i'll suggest a format with MP3 Utilities Disk Tool if you have not done so yet.

Also, try another USB cable and also try on another computer.

But when i try to copy my files to the computer it says the files are corrupted but are not because i checked them.
