eng_ghost2 , what wrong with your player? Is your player working properly?

If so, i'll not recommend any firmware updates as it would very likely brick your player.

eng_ghost2 , do you still remember your previous working firmware version number?

If not, you'll need to open your player and check for the processor's chip number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, ATJ2097, etc).
