MP3 that will not turn off
 
Hi, I need help, I have a MP3 that not turn off.

Holding the play button it says "bye bye" and return to main menu........

Any suggestions?

lgf26 , what firmware version is your player using? You can check this by going to the System menu >> Firmware Version.

Try formatting your player and see if that helps solve the problem. It might well back a problem with a corruption in the memory chip.

If that still produces the same error, try extracting the firmware from your player, then reupload it back into your player (only YOUR firmware that you've extracted) and see if that solves the problem too.

Let us know of the result.

lgf26 , i'm not sure if your version is supported by the S1fwx tool. But try extracting your firmware and repair it, the guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-ex...tool-vt66.html
Observe if the screen gives you any error messages. If it does, then stop here and do not continue.

Hi guys, I dont know what to do..My mp3 still does not turn off, I did all your recomendation and no solution ...
It works fine, the only problem is not turn off...
I have to remove the battery ....

maybe because of the buttons...lgf26 check the power button...did it works well...??what bout other buttons??
