Want to reprogram the unit

i have a sony mp4 i need software to reprogram the unit how can i download the software with free software.. thanks in advance i need badly.

oooohuhuh....sony???quite hard man...usually sony got encrypted firmware in its mp4

What type of 'reprogramming' do you want to do? Do you mean you want to change the look of your player and such or do something else?
