Default no audio in any mode

I have a Lisong 1.5" Mp4 player and just recently the audio stopped working in every mode, Music, FM, AMV (the video plays fine). I have tried 2 headphones, and no the volume is not zero. I have only used this player for a week. Am I missing a setting, is the player dead, or can this be fixed using a firmware update. Please help if you can. Here is what it looks like:

cooldudei06 , seems like some kind of hardware problem happening. If it is still under warranty, i'll suggest an exchange with your seller.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
