Default Buttons not working :[

hey guys i just got the 4gb nano like mp4 player, and just converted it to the proper 2gb etc and everything seems fine and working apart from the left button and the "Vol" button do not work at all. Did i just get a broken one? is there anything i can do? it can still work it fine but obviously cannot rewind tracks or go backwards in menu lists only forwards or do anything that needs the left button haha :x thanks- andy

Andyyy , were the buttons able to work properly before the format?

Also, what firmware version is your player using?

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

ACT_V9.0.50

Andyyy , likely the buttons are not assigned properly. As the firmware extractor S1fwx currently only supports upto v9.0.43, you can't extract it and re-assign the buttons. So i'll suggest that you contact your seller and get it replaced or for a refund.

Andyyy , do not update any firmware as these firmwares are made specifically for each player. Doing so, most likely would brick your player.
