can't extract the firmware of my player
 

i've bought a mp4 player with 2 gig at ebay and tried to extract the firmware of the player but s1fwx always shows an error message saying no device found. also other programs don't detect the player.
What can i do????

rapfi , does the player appear as a removable drive in My Computer?

Besides the detection problem, does the player function properly?

mmm i am from germany and the player appears as "massenspeicher" i think in english it would be a memory... i don't know but i dont think it appears as removeable ...
