Default I Really NEED HELP on this mp3/mp4

I need to know what type, model and all that of this player is. I know it says under the LCD that it's an mp3/mp4, but i need to know the type of it to get the latest firmware aside from the 9.0.48 on that's already on there, and also need to find out why mine is not chargin' all the way or even at all, i don't understand the wall charger with the 2 lights and even straight to the pc don't charge, I can see it, upload songs and vids, but it won't stay on or even charge right.

About the firmware - don't update the firmware. it will kill your player. there's tons of info at the forum about updating firmware.

If the usb is connected and you press the M button for a second or so, can you then play any files?
