Metal Nano not working
 

I bought a pink metal 2nd Gen Nano from Uxcell and my sister hasn't put any songs on it because every time it says disk error well she was only using it as a flash drive for pictures and stuff for school document and stuff.

She brings it to me and and it doesn't do anything it says disc error on everything but FM Radio and settings. So I format it and it loses everything of course well a week later she says it's doing the same thing so I try to format it and I can't it won't allow it so then I swtiched the mode from mult-mode to normal mode. Then I got another error message when it was connected to the computer. Finally just 15 minutes ago I got it to format and then I try to put a song on it one song that's it success. I play the song on the computer through the nano ok I think it's working now. Nope unplug it from the computer and it says disc error when I try to play it so plug it back in the computer now it says it's not formatted do you want to format so I say yes then transfer one song another song with Winamp not WMP and it plays on the computer throuhg the nano alright. Unplug it and then try to play it on the nano nope disc error.

The process repeats itself I've tried transferring it 3 different ways WMP, Winamp and then just copying the song from a directory and they're different songs each time I just pick a random song.

I tried FAT I tried Fat32 and the same problem Disc Error every time.

PlatinumNANO , it might be a hardware or firmware issue in this case. i'll suggest you contact uxcell for an exchange.

I'm so sick of doing exchanges I've bought about 4 of them from uxcell and had to exchange 3.
