Re: 4GB chip, mp3 plays only 1GB
thank you all for your replies.
lattesurf, I am still waiting for his program, jungle.bookstore is very slow, he barely sends me one email a day. I think after I have my breakfast, and cigarette, i'm going to escalate one of the disputes to a claim. The reason why am hesitating is becuz in one of his replies (when he was very polite, not anymore ) he said:

Sorry if you constantly have problems with the player, I suppose you have either hardware or software conflicts. Perhaps your USB port is using the popular VIA chipset which is full of hardware bugs and has communication with some sorts of high speed USB2.0 devices like our MP4 player. Perhaps there are hardware conflicts and your MP4 is conflicting with some other internal devices of your computer. Also if your computer connected to other mp3 players before the computer may use the same drivers on the new player as it recognized the new player as the old player and uses the old drivers and settings, causing lots of problems. You may email your computer configuration so that we can forward it to the manufacturer for support. Don't worry we will resolve it with you.

again my questions regarding a claim:
If i make a claim, do I have to ship the item back to him? and pay for the shipping costs? and do I have to send the items seperately?
