Cannot copy, cannot find the specified file

I Had One iPOD clone 7MM.

It has a memory of 512MB (Hynix 4G Chip) With ATJ 2091 Processor.
I Cannot Transfer any data to the device & can only format it with disk tool.
While setting partition it give error"Writing Removeable Disk Error"
I Cannot transfer Data it gives error "Cannot Copy FILE NAME: Cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify correct path & file name"
How to resolve Problem???

How are you naming your files? Does it have any special characters? Like sqaure shapes and/or non standard alphabet characters? This might be the reason.

Also, are you able to format your player at all?

Another question is, has your player worked before in the past or have you never been able to copy the files across to your player at all?
