voice suppressed?
 

Hello guyz,
My s1mp3 player is this unique problem. The songs plays but the vocal is suppressed and music is ok. The volume is not as high as is used to be. I already formatted the mp4 player and load the same firmware...even that is not working? Is this related to hardware itself or batteries?

Plz help if you have any info on this problem

I had a player that did the exact same thing. The volume would change and music would get all screwed up.

It happened when the player wasn't fully charged. I would charge it and everything would be ok. But eventually it got to the point that fully charging iit wouldn't help.

I reformatted it and that didn't work either. I ended up throwing it away. It lasted about 6 months using it everyday.

buts101 , try using another set of earphones. Also, whilst listening, try moving the plug in all directions while it is in the socket. Hear if the sound gets better.

If so, likely that the solder has came loose inside the player.
