Re: pc will not let me unplugge my glacier
It means its being used right now...But since you said its not been used, You can go to your task manager and right click the application and click go to process all the way at the bottom and youll go to its process and click end process and this warning will come up, just do yes and you can take it out.

Re: pc will not let me unplugge my glacier
Well. I, some times, got the same problem. To forget about killing a Windows Process (only safe for WinXP), just check that your player isn't transfering nothing and then unplug it. No data will get corrupted, and that's all.
NOT FOR WIN ME |
theres nothing in the task manger. Like i said its not running or doing anything so i dont know why it wont let me unplug it. so lesmo_sft I hope your right im just goin to try and unplug it.

But you got to make sure nothing is transfering from the MP4 Player to your PC and viceversa. 8)

Camaro , for these players, it is not recommended to unplug the USB cord when that message comes it. I'm not sure why it appears when everything associated with it is already closed, i do face this problem sometimes.
It could be Winamp or WMP or some other media/file sync software communicating with your player and keeping the connection 'alive'. Thus, refusing to disconnect the connection whilst those connections are still 'alive'. For me, i'll usually just shutdown and power off my laptop, then disconnect the player. |
