Blue screen

When I turn on my player I only get a blue screen.
What could be wrong with it?
It is a 1Gb 1.5" screen.

gymjunkie , before the blue screen happened, did you do anything to the player? Like firmware updates?

Yes- I took the back off to fit a ring to the back plate to hang the player from a lanyard.
Unfortunately I touched the pins on one of the chips.
So I loaded a firmware and now it won`t play.

Hope somebody can help.
