rapghsi , are you having any problems with your player? If not, i'll suggest not doing anything to the firmware, as you would most like brick it by flashing in someone else's firmware.

S1fwx currently only supports upto v9.0.43, so your v9.0.50 would be unable to be extracted as yet. That is why your dump file could not be opened by the S1res software.

The player is ok.
but after i have took out the firmware out of the player and put it back, the loading was much lower.
evrithing was pretly much the same, i think that my firmware is the only one that work with 9.0.50 so anyone having problems with his firmware on virsion: 9.0.5 coult try use it.
when oyu think they will update it?

Re: NEED HELP!!! trying to modified 9.0.50 and unable to do

Is there any program that can make full firmware bin files work on s1res?
cause i have a working full firmware, that i can upload to my player, but its not opening on s1res!
thanks all!
my firmware date: 9.0.50

If your firmware is not opening in s1res then it is incomplete and not a full firmware file.

As far as I can recall, I believe the s1res tool CAN'T detect 9.0.50 firmware at the moment.

Hoepfully the upcoming s1res versions will be able to do this soon.

SupraTT , if you look at the middle section under ---[ info ]----, that is your current firmware in your player, which is v9.0.50.

Cool. I got the much out of it but couldn't make heads or tails out of anything else. Also, from what I've gathers 9.0.50 is not modable at this time.
