Help charging Future Muzro X3 player

when i connect my player to my PC it seems not charging the battery, even though i plug it in for 8 hours. one thing i noticed is that the connection is on and off. Since it is not charging, i can't turn on my player. anyone knows how to fix Muzro?

Hi. I have the same problem with you. My sister bought me muzro x3 and it doesnt charge on my pc? What did you do? is it ok now?

bax & ajea , try the following:

1. Ensure the On/Off switch is at the ON position.

2. Use another USB cable, it could be a cable problem.

3. Try using the Wall adaptor if it came with one, but take note of the charging and do not overcharge.

See if these solves the problems.
