MP4 Phone Book Help Needed

I have one of these players that looks like an Ipod nano,and would like to add some phone numbers to it,but I don't know how.The instructions doesn't even say that it has a phone book function,but on the player it does.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank You very much!
