Hi Marcello, I know how impatient you are and probably frustrated by not getting replies. Im sorry I couldnt help you with this problem but why dont you try other ideas like formatting or something like that. Im guessing other will have more detailed explanation on fixing your problem so wait around a day or 2.

Marcello , try formatting your player first. The guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html
You should not need to install any drivers on your computer, as the player functions as a normal USB thumbdrive. So just plugging it in will detect the player. The driver is for Win98 which does not contain the required driver information. Do you still remember your previous working firmware version number? |

Umm what the hell is a firmware version number? sorry i guess im a noob at this Cheers! |
Alright more problems
When i put the usb into the computer the pc makes that noise "DO;DO" something like that but cant not see the removable disk. |
Marcello , install MP3 Utilities, it should be in the CD that came with the player. Else, you can download it from the Downloads >> Tools section.
Next, start MP3 Utilities Disk Tools, see if it detects your player. If so, follow the steps here to format the player http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html If it does not detect your player, likely there would be a firmware problem. The easiest solution would be to contact your seller for an exchange. |
If its a Firmware problem i guess im stuffed the guy who sold it to me is of ebay
but thanks for your help.. i guess i bought a dud :( |
