disk error!!!
 
i recently bought 4 gb ipod nano clone ... i succefully removed its memory hack n rerduced it to 512 mb .. it worked fine for 4-5 days ... then it suddenly started showing as "Disk Error" ..not even detecting on pcs ..i tried on 2-3 pcs but it didnt worked...all its songs , videos etc got deleted n it says disk error ...only FM is working fine .........

please help me in recovering my player...

NagpurDaMunda , i'll suggest a scandisk on your player. And also another format would advisable too.

NagpurDaMunda,

It could also be a USB cable problem or the USB connector in your MPx player.

See if you can get a hold of another USB cable and use that instead. That would be the first thing to try to get your player detected by your computer.

Once it connects, then FORMAT your player. Seems like a bad sector within the memory chip itself.

Is it still in warranty?

how can fake mpx player have warranty... it was bought from road side ..so no warranty...

thanks ... cable and connector are faulty ...cable i ll buy new one but whats the solution for connector?
