i followed the guid how to use it BUT i just say: No devices found

sagitta , what firmware version is your player currently using? You can check by going to the System menu >> Firmware Version.

sagitta , your player is not using an Actions chipset. The S1fwx tool only works on Actions chipsets. Your player could likely be a Sunplus chipset, or some other, i'm not sure.

i'll suggest not doing anything to your player's firmware, as it would be very difficult to recover a dead Sigmatel or Sunplus player.

kk but is there no other tools that can edit the firmware? because the them look nasty

sagitta , there are no other theming tools available besides for the Actions chipset. i'll suggest not doing anything to the firmware, else it'll be a very hard time recovering your player should you accidentally brick it.
