blue white screen. Looking for right firmware
 

Hello friends, I am Zulfi I have a HACTC mp4 player model number H-97(check more at the site http://hactccanada.com/MP4-MP3.html).

I upgraded the firmware wrongly & now the player doesnt show up anything except a blue/white screen. I have tried many firmwares but all ends in vain.

You can see the screen shot of my mp3 player at http://www.snapdrive.net/files/56960/My%20Documents/97.jpg(MODEL NO. H-97). Can someone please help me get the firmware for my mp3 player which could make it alive? If someone has any such firmware please mail me to zulfiquarhadi@hotmail.com or send me its download link.

zulfi , you'll need to open the player to identify the processor's serial number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2091, etc). Then it'll be easier to find the firmware for it.

thanx .....I have the diode diagram given with my mp4 player & many numbers are wriitten on it along with the diagram. If the processors serial number can be found without opening the player it would be better. the numbers given are:
MCU module:
ATJ2085

Voltage reference:
XC6206P152M
XC6206P302M

Storage module:
K9K1G08U0M
XP152A12COMR

then something is written in front of a chinese text & the number is SRX - A6

Is the given info enough or i'll have to open it?? I think the processor serial number is ATJ2085.....which is given in MCU module.

I have a player with a similar outter casing as yours.

There are three variations of the firmware for it. I have uploaded them here:

You can try them, but once again, there is no gaurantee that it will work or is compatible with your player. You might make it worst! So please use them as a last resort.

thanx for helping me but the first link is broken & the other two fimwares doesnnt work. i get an error message that wrong firmware upgrade file.
