Unrecognized Player..most of the times

Well i bought this player but doesnt seem to like my PC or my laptop.
Did connect and got recognized.. formated with windows XP -> "FAT".
Put in a few hundred mp3.. plays well aswell..

but now neither PC or laptop recognizes the player when connected with USB.. its like the player restarts and again not recognized by the computer..
have charged the player to confirm low battery issues.

any advise will be appriciated.

Had the same problem when I first got my player.

Luckily my wife had a similar player with the same type of USB cable so I tried that one and it was recognised.

Have you got access to another cable to give this a go?
