Default MP3 Player software error

Hello:
I have a problem with Inovix iPocket MP3 player (1GB). Probably, the software (firmware) is corrupted as I cant play anything on it and I receive the following msgs:
i) No Audio
ii)System Error
Moreover, many menu items like system settings have disappeared.

My computer detects the playes as 'Audio Device USB Disk' (i.e as memory) and when I try run MP3 Player Update Tools, i get a msg tht ' No Device Detected'

Can anybody help on this???
The chip of the player is Samsung 649
Regards

farooqmoazzam , there might be a problem with the player's firmware or hardware. If it is still under warranty, i'll suggest an exchange with your seller.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
