downloading music

I just got this mp3 player from china. I formatted and tried to download files from musicmatch judebox, and it says can't download . Doesn't support protected content. I tried coping these files to a folder and then coping to mp3 player . I see the songs on the player but when I try to play them, I get formatt error. Can any one help me with this problem? Also when I formatted I had 8GB and now have about 1GB.Thanks,Ron

Hi Ron, too bad about the 8GB to 1GB hack... that sucks man.

Well...no unfortunately some of these mp3/4 players can't play certain protected files... so you will end up with a format error. However you might want to try ditching Musicmatch Jukebox and go reformat your player. This could be a synchronization problem, not a 'protection' problem. Try to just copy/paste music to your player through Windows Explorer.

My own player will play some protected content this way.
