Can't charge Osmium
 

Hi, I've bought two osmiums they both came with half-full charged battery and now it's Low Power. So I tried charging it, but unfortunatelly, I can't.
I tried charging it on USB first as many of you have said it's more "safety". However, my player when I connect it to USB does not have a battery indicator on the screen (When connecting to PC to access its files) so I have to turn ON the player. However if I let the Dark Mode turned on, it would go back to the transfer screen so I have to let the player screen always turned on to know wether I'm recharging or not.
I entered radio and music but none of them shows the battery (up right corner) charging. So, I tried charging it on the wall.
Unfortunatelly it has the same problem and I have to put it on radio also, the green light sometimes turns on but usually doesn't. I let a few hours with the green light on but when I unplugged it that Low Power came up.
What can I do?
The ON/OFF is turned ON.

Could you please tell me step by step what you do to properlu charge it? I've managed to charge my girlfriend's Glacier though.

chiclete , it could likely be a hardware problem with the player's socket.

Does the player even charge properly since you first received it?

No, never. I contacted uxcell and they told me to do an upgrade, unfortunatelly nothing changed (upgraded successfully). I replied their e-mail and now I'm waiting for what to do. It's really sad... Both took TWO months to arrive and both came with the same problem... :cry:
