Problem with LSD_9301_10

My little brother birthdate gift doesn't work well.

When i plug it in, windows finds it and i shows as a removable disk.
But when i doubleklick on it or drag a file to the icon it says the disk is not formated and needs to be formated.

What do i need to do for copy files onto the mp4 player.

your player could be hacked.

do this before trying to copy files.
