Your player is not an Action chipset type so none of the tools will work. It appears the player has a camera so it will most likely be a Sunplus chipset. There are no tools for this type of player for firmware extraction and modification.

that's right
the player must be in the "PC-CAM" mode to update the firmware (i have read that in the user's manual ) and the PC recognize it as a SUNPLUS SPCA-536( not as an external disc unit, and windows try to install it as a camera ), in the sunplus page doesn't appear nothing about the mp4 or the chipset...

that means that the extraction of firmware can would have to be done by hardware?
or there is no way to do it?

thanks!

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to do it.
Also be very careful regarding firmware upgrade, if it goes wrong the player needs to be reloaded at a factory level directly to the chipset.
