Default Audio Jack problems

the audio jack on my mp4 player is broken it wiggles and dances and nothing is heard when earphones are plugged in. I was actually liking my mp4 player i bought it from colordrives and luckily he sent me the real thing but i guess the soldering isnt very good on these players. Does this mean its dead or can i get this replaced?
