MP4 loading
 

This MP4 only shows a screen that says "loading". It worked for awhile' well at least the radio function did but now nothing. I afraid I not much of a 'puter geek so please try to answer in english :oops: thanks Jake

jake100 , what does your player screen display when you turn it on?

Also, when you connect it to your computer, does your computer recognise the player as a removable drive in My Computer?

I is just a white screen with "loading" on it, and no the computer does not see it. The big chip says"samsung 701 on it
