Not seen by my computer. Driver cannot be loaded
 

Hi everybody, ı couldn't manage to open my 1 GB Mp4 player its a fake Sony. it is not seen by my computer. driver cannot be loaded says it.

Neither can I open it without any connecton, nor it gives any response except charging :( what an awful thing? ı do not know what to do or what ı had done to it :(

what can I do? pls help... thanks in advance...

this exactly the same with my Mp4 but instead of the label Mp4 player, in mine there is a label called Sony... ı dont know the version or anything else :(

Ok , i have a similar player , to open it you must:
lift of the back cover and take out the battery , There is a screw there that yuo can remove , unscrew it , now onthe bottom there is two screws ( they may have stickers on them) take them out , not the bottom slides off the player easily. once you have done all the there is a few clips holding the player together and some more screws holding the pcb

well but what ı mean is that ı cannot use it. it does not give any response or anythingelse except charging when located to a computer or charger...

ı always take a messege like "windows couldn't manage to install your Usb.." :(

manindarkness , besides the windows connection problem, does the player function properly by itself (ie play music/videos/radio)?

Try using another USB cable and also connect to a different computer. Most of the time, it's the problem with the USB cable.
