arvin9783, You could try formating the player. The other thing that may be causing the problem is a hacked memory chip, you can check this by connecting your player and running the Disk Tool which is part of MP3 Player Utilities which should be on your mini CD or there are several versions in the Downloads\Tools section.
When you run the disk tool you will see 2 tabs one for Format and one for Partition. Have a look at both tabs and check the memory capacity they should read the same. If the format tab reads larger than the Partition tab then the memory may be hacked.

If you have been ripped off with a hacked player by a seller submit a report to www.ic3.gov

arvin9783 , are you holding onto the player while listening? Your body heat might be transferring to the player itself.

Or else, is your player charging at the same time? It is normal for a player to get warm whilst charging.

If not, it could likely be a battery problem. If it's using a removable battery, try changing it. Else, you might want to contact your seller for an exchange, as it should not get hot just by playing music on itself.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
