Hello,
I ordered a MP4 Dita-221 2Giga on the site of PPD the 13/04/2007 but I do not have still to receive it.
I thought that the site were serious considering the code promotion on the forum.
My bank not does not return me my money 75.76 Euro + the expenses of exchange. I did not have any response concerning my order 2130.
I seek of the assistance for contacted which cannot call them and to hold an English conversation with them I seek of the assistance.

anyone using PPD please note this site is INSECURE!! it is possible, by simple no hacking method to gain access to anyones orders and contact details!!!! mine included. this is illegal from ppd point of view and potentially dangerous from ours as our address email phone details are there and card details (these can not be viewed by this method, but someone could easily read them with little effort.)
CANCEL all cards used with them or at least make bank aware of this situation. I BELIEVE THIS IS POTENTIALLY SERIOUS and banks/credit card company's should be aware your details may be compromised

It rightly it is possible to know the addresses, emails etc very easily since their site ex: I can say that makd511 lives cleaveland

(makd511 : no problem i not use this informations, I ordered the same MP4 but in 2 Giga and not received :evil: )

hi i have had an email from PPD !!!!!! (do not faint it is true) but also do not hold your breath as it was not much use, their email is quoted below:-

"Shipping information regarding your order: Your order has been shipped. Sorry for the delay. You will get a email with tracking info shortly. "

After all that has gone on this is all they send, so below is a response i have sent back to them

"why have you sent this item, does your email work and if so DO YOU READ ANY.for the last 2 weeks i have tried desperately to get in touch, as have all the guys from mympxplayer.org and get SOMETHING from you, anything.
i must have sent more than 100 emails to illicit some response from you and all you send me is a shipping notice with NO TRACKING and no explanation as to why you have not given me my money back AS I REQUESTED SO MANY TIMES.
your site is still insecure and breaking data protection laws by exposing my, and others personal details to anyone . this response from you came after my last email to you where i outlined the insecure nature of the site and that i was going to report you to the internet complaints commission.

the email you sent me is worthless and i will believe nothing (as most of your order appear to get HELD AT CUSTOMS, funny that!!!) until i have tracking numbers and either the money back in my account or the item in my hands i will believe nothing from you

ps i will still be complaining to the ics about you and your practices and will be encouraging other to do the same, sorry it has to be this way but you will not talk or communicate with us so what more can we do

i am seriously fed up with these people, if they are a scam i wish they would just shut up shop and dissapear, at least we would know and have closure, but they trundle on pretending to be an online shop leaving us all wondering what the hell is going on and why they have the inability to read email !!!!!
