Do not recognize all archives
 

I have already a 4 gb generic ipod nano clone 2nd gen, so it has the LG MP3 Player LS101v12 CM60022 2007-01-18 ACT_V9.0.50 info on the support area, so the problem is when i record my mp3 files just recognize almost 2 gb of the 4 gb capacity, the archives appear but some of them (the ones that are recorded in the last 2 gb) are repeated and unable to be played, the player when i try to play those songs, restart alone. I wish somebody guide me to get another firmware or see what could I do to fix it, thank yu.

josuecastillo, Sounds like you may have a hacked player 2GB not 4GB.

The reason the files are corrupt is because they are being written to memory that does not really exist.

Try 'lattesurf's" excellent hack removal guide to remove the hack so the memory reads it's true size. Once this is done you should have no more problems.
