Help: My Mp4 Still charges but cant be recognised by Pc
 

I dont know why my pc canot recognise mp4 driver. charging is still Ok. :cry: Who knows why. Pls help me.

xibolo, To try and find where the problem is you should try the following:
Connect to a different USB port.
Try connecting to a another PC.
Try another USB cable as a data transfer line may be faulty.

everything is ok (watch movie, listen music and radio,...) except pc can not detecte my mp4 driver.
Do u think maybe something wrong with my mp4's firmware??

If it was the firmware the player would not be working, I would say your USB cable is faulty possibly a bad connection in one of the data transfer lines. You need to see if you can buy another USB cable. Or you can try to open the connectors and see if there are any bad connections.

Buy new USB cable

xibolo , there might be a problem with your player's USB socket then. If it is still under warranty, contact your seller for an exchange or repair.
