[solved] Disk Error!
 

My mp3 player was working fine, until I went to play music one day and I get a blue screen saying disk error! I can't even add more music to it, it just keeps saying to plug in my device and power it on.

This is what is displayed in the sys setup

I did get a minature cd with it, however all that is on the cd is AMV conferter and AVI converter. So what do I do???!!!

hi,i had the same problem yesterday,you must to format the memory of your mp3,and do it a fat32 memory,it worked for me:D,cheers

Hi,

I had the same problem. with the disk error message. I reformat Fat32 and now only have 640MB of space on what was a 8GB MP3/4 player.

Do I need to download additional software or do something else? If so please suggest what I should do. I'm a novice so any help would be appreciated.

Tucker,try to format your memory in "fat" type.if this doesn't work...i don't know what elese will work...cheers!
