Default player not working at all

hi everybody,

i was just wondering if there is any way to recover a nano look-a-like mp4 player. it was working perfectly one day and doesn't even restart the next.

will the dead player recovery process help me or is that only useful if one tried to update the firmware??

let me know peace.

salman13 , when you connect the player to your computer, does it appear in My Computer? Also, does the MP3 Disk Tool recognise the player?

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
