Disk Error Message MP3/4 player 8GB
 

Hi,

I was getting a "disk Error" message so I downloaded
a new version of firmware 9.0.48 XXXX

My originally firmware version was 9.0.48 LCK 9123 01_01H.

It downloaded fine and it fixed the "disk error" message. I had to reformat the disk drive before it would load and now I only have only 640mb of disk space. I originally that 8GB. Can anyone suggest a fix.

Do I need to download something else or reformat. I'm a novice so any specific instructions or advise would be appreciated. A step-by step recommendation would be great.
