i have a problem with my player, and i don't know where the problem is, is in the keypad or the firmware.
my player always restart when i press mode button, but sometimes the player working good, and no problem when playing mp3, but it's restart again when i press mode button.
is someone know where the poblem of my mp4, it's the keypad or the firmware...?
i was trying to Dissassemble my player to fix the keypad, i have already loose all the screw, but i'm failed to open the player i don't know why, it's like sticky, i'm affraid it will break the case if i try to open hardly.
someone please tell me how to open my player case...?
