Marcello, I do not fully understand what it is you are looking for. The only driver that comes with the players is usually a standard USB driver for Windows 98, if you are running XP then the driver should install automatically when you connect the player for the first time.
You mention the timer coming up, do you mean that the player is stuck showing the sandglass timer when you start it? Do you know what version of firmware is on your player? |
Tadad1 thanks for replying
When i got the player i turned it on and the sandglass timer wont go away. When i plug it in the usb my computer says its in there and it the driver cannot install so it askes for the disk i insert the disk and it does not install.. So i was wondering if sombody had the driver for my mp4 player and i do not know the firmware and i dont care if i have to install other firmware if possible Thanks mate! |
Marcello,
There are no drivers for the players. If XP is not detecting the player as a removable storage device then the problem is either with the USB cord or the player. I think if you just received the player you should contact the seller and inform them of the problem you are having as soon as possible. In the long run you will be better off getting the player replaced. The hourglass problem sounds as if your players firmware may be corrupt or there is a problem with the memory chip. Your chances of finding the exact firmware for your player are almost zero and any firmware change will most likely kill your player completely. |
