Default XP doesn't find my player

Hello, my player (LSD_5102_10) a nano fake, is not find by XP.
XP does not react at all when I connect it (Not even a sound).
I cannot dismount it without breaking it, so I can't boot its in ADFU mode.
Please help me.

P.S.: Sorry for my English, but I'm French...

Neji44,
Has your player ever connected with your PC?
Is your player working OK?

Try connecting to a different USB Port and avoid using a USB hub.
Try connecting to another PC.
Try another USB cable if you can get one.
