[solved] Problem with AMV Convertor 4.09

Hi I have just purchased a mp4 player that only supports amv format video and I got the 4.09 version of the convertor but when I try and convert a TV Show about 350mb in AVI format when I click convert it says error and 1 Failed. Can anyone please help me with this problem. :(

tom164, Install K-Lite Full codec pack on your PC and see if tht helps.

i have the same problem.. i installed K-Lite Full codec pack, but it still doesnt work :(
