please, someone could tell me how can i change the resolution of pictures taken with this?.

it takes pictures of 1600*1200, it has 1.3 mp camera, the photos are very poor of quality, and i think if i change the resolution to 800*600 or even 640*480 will improve the quality.

am i right? is it possible?
