Default Hardware problem....


hi people...
my mp4 burnt while charging...i dont knw how....
neways wht i can see inside is burnt one diode..J476 something dont remeber exactly..and and one resistor i think IR5 or IRS..
i dont think its electric jerk coz my charger is fine...
neone can tell me how to repair it..or can mobile phone repairers repair it ???
and whr i ll get these components ?

ritul , i've done a search on farnell.com India's site and it seems they do stock up the J476 47uF capacitor. I'm not really sure whether it is IR5 or IRS, but most likely it should be a SMD resistor or transistor.

You can try to swap the components off yourself or alternatively you can go to those electronics repair shops, as sometimes they do have these components to repair for you.

It's most likely the AC adaptor that came with your player that caused the problem. These chargers are well known to cause players to burn components.
