firmware fired!

sir i used a JXD 652 MP4 player which uses a SunPlus firmware

i used the player for just a week but i got shut when i inserted a 32MB card into it and took a Photo ,it got struck,i pressed reset button. thats all
My player doesn't gets ON from that minute

if i connect it with PC it shows windows can not with your removable disk it may not work properly! What should i do now?

My mp4 player firmware is sunplus5000 i think since it did not get ON!

Please help me !

ranjithkuzi , unfortunately there are no tool available to extract Sunplus firmwares. So there isin't any on this forum.

i'll suggest that you contact your seller for an exchange or refund. As Sunplus players are extremely to nearly no-chance of recovery as there simply are no tools.
