frozenblue00,

What is the players memory.. or assumed memory size?

You could try formatting it by following the directions in the "Remove memory hack" here > http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

Let us know how you go

frozenblue00 , i'll suggest a format on your player with MP3 Utilities Disk Tool, guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

It seems to be likely a memory hack issue.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

Unfortunately, no. You just have to research the seller and ask questions. There is a blacklist of scammers in this website.

If you bought it through Paypal, open a dispute. You might be able to get all or some of your money back. Beware if the seller offers you a full refund if you send the player back at YOUR cost. Chances are you won't see your money or another player again.

There is also a link to sign a petition against eBay and their practices of allowing hacked players to continue to be sold.

Toolhause.org is a wonderful tool when researching sellers on eBay.
