MP3 player with battery doesn't work, on USB is OK...

hi... i have problem with ATJ2085 MP3 player...
like you can see in subject- it doasn't work with battery, but with USB is ok.. i have Ubat on board, e.g. 1,2V on pin 31 of ATJ..
it is simple mp3 player with external AAA bat...
no charger, and it is not problem in battery..
error is somewhere on board..
any idea ?

Have you opend up your player , You should check any loose wires ect... My guess is as good as yours- Provide some pics/more details...

i have mocroscope in office and have search broken wires and so..
meas with instrument elements, 0e resistors, Ls, hole thru board.. didn't find anything..
will search a little more..
photos tomorrow - heven't camera here..
