help plz .......decryption file needed
 

hey guys i have been using my actions mp3/mp4 2gb player for almost a month and annoyingly i didnt recieve a CD with it.i was trying to encrypt data i kept it to 479 and now from 2gb it has become 479mb...will upgrading the firmware do any good .....my firmware is act 9.0.50 plz guys HELLLLLLP

Firmware upgrading is not recommeded at all as it would most likely brick your player instead.

What did you do when trying to encrypt the data?

i opened mp3 disk manager, partition and encrypt selected 475mb set username and password and start it has been 475mb since and also i see only a single drive coz when u encrypt u get 2 drives right.....plz getme rdiskdecrypt.exe i wud be really thankfull.......

steve_waitin4u, Go to Settings\On-Line Mode on your player and check you have both partitions set to show.

I do not think it will help much because it needs to be on the encrypted drive.

I have just experimented with the disk tool and
the encrypyed drive can be removed by re-using the MP3 Disk Tool and moving the slider all the way to the left although you have already stated above that you have done this. If that is the case and you player still only shows 479MB then the problem may be that your player had a hacked memory chip 512MB not 2GB. When you set Partiton\Encrypt you repartitioned the drive which would have removed the memory hack and the chip is now reading it's real capacity.
